Meet Chef Dave Walti

A local West Chester Pennsylvania native, Dave learned to cook, and learned to love to cook by helping his mother as a child. The decision to become a chef wasn’t much of a struggle for Dave.

After graduation, Dave continued to pursue his education by traveling to Colorado, where he specialized in upscale Vegetarian Cuisine. Dave’s influence of French-Thai on many of his dishes was inherited from his studies during the time he spent in Paris, and the South of France.

Dave enjoys the challenge of preparing exciting seasonal dishes. He particularly enjoys the summer season, creating exciting compliments of fresh bright spices with soft shell crabs, and fresh seafood. Though he also enjoys slow cooking meats during the Winter Season, dishes such as Whole Duck and Osso Buco.
